Delivery & Returns
Our preferred method of payment is by debit or credit card. We operate a safe and secure online shopping system, and we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, and Maestro. We won’t charge your debit/credit card until your order has been dispatched.
All prices on this Web site are in pounds (£) Sterling. Prices are not subject to VAT.
We currently dispatch to UK addresses only. We regret that, at this time, we cannot take orders for international, BFPO, and Channel Islands addresses.
Delivery to your door will be made First Class via the Royal Mail. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery to confirm your receipt of your order. We are currently offering free delivery for a limited period only, after which we will revert to our standard delivery charge of £3.75 per order.
You may return any item ordered from this Web site within 14 working days of receiving your order if you would like a replacement or an exchange for an item of the same value. We need to receive any returned item(s) in a saleable condition, so please try on the item(s) before removing the tags and retain the packaging until you know you’re happy with your purchase.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days by returning all items in their original condition i.e. unused and with all tags and packaging provided. Your payment (excluding P & P, if applicable) will be refunded to you as soon as possible after we have received and checked the goods.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We hold most products in stock in our warehouse. If a particular product is unavailable for whatever reason, we’ll contact you to agree an alternative or to hold your order until new stock comes in, whichever suits you best. We won’t charge you for any order that’s on hold until we’ve notified you that it’s ready to dispatch.
