Terms & ConditionsHere are our current Web site terms and conditions. Please ensure you read them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.
Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We may need to change these terms from time to time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders, and we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are made aware of any changes as soon as possible.
1.0 Product Information
1.1 We make every effort to display the colours of our products accurately as possible on the Web site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product as delivered to you.
1.2 All sizes and measurements are approximate, however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
1.3 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Web site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been published incorrectly, including prices and promotions.
1.4 Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are not subject to VAT.
1.5 Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for any out of stock items.
2.0 Purchase of Products
2.1 When you place an order on our Web site, you will receive an acknowledgement of your order via email. Our acceptance of an order will take place at the point of payment, at which point the purchase contract will be made.
2.2 Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will be applied at the point of payment and confirmed on the order confirmation email.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from any of the following: the product ordered being unavailable from stock; the inability to obtain authorisation for your payment; the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion; inaccurate order processing; major warehouse failure; system failure, including virus attacks. Please note that this list is not exclusive.
2.4 If there are any difficulties in fulfilling your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
2.6 The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2.7 We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Web site. Our liability will be limited to the value of the order placed, providing it is non-fraudulent.
3.0 Delivery and Returns
3.1 Delivery can only be made to UK addresses. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot take orders for delivery to International, BFPO and Channel Island addresses.
3.2 Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in good condition for replacement or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
3.3 You may cancel your order within seven (7) days of receipt, in accordance with your rights under the current UK Distance Selling Regulations.
4.1 Our preferred payment method is by credit card, and we accept most major credit cards.
4.2 All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Prices are not subject to VAT.
4.3 The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
4.4 All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for whatever reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
4.5 The payment charge is made at the point of the online payment being accepted. Our acceptance of an order takes place when the order is charged to your credit card, at which point the purchase contract will be made.
